Hey, it's Mike. Happy to report that we finally made it to Hong Kong. And in just a shade under 2 days too (including the time change)! We're in the hotel room...Lori is sleeping (go figure) and Avery is watching Olympic gymnastics. Everything went pretty smoothly, except for the fact that we won't be getting our luggage for a couple of days.
Avery was awesome through every flight and every airport... she's a much better traveler than I am. Tomorrow we're taking a tour of Hong Kong so we'll send some pics. Hong Kong looked really beautiful on our ride in...and pretty bustling for midnight. Reminded me of NYC, but without all the Yankee hats and pushiness. Sorry.
